The main reason:

The main reason:

5. Poor flowing property of UV light oil. Solution: reduce the UV light oil viscosity, reduce the amount of coating. Uniform pressure adjustment. Applicator roll should be fine grinding and polishing. Light energy flow ping agent can be added.
F, UN light oil, adhesion is not good
The main reason:
1. Print ink surface crystallization.
2. The auxiliary material in the printing ink is not appropriate.
3. The UV light oil itself insufficient adhesion force.
4. Light curing conditions are not appropriate.
Solution: printing process to consider polishing conditions in advance. Have printed products need coated with enhanced adhesion at the bottom of the oil.
G, UV light oil thickens, gel phenomenon
The main reason:
1. The UV light oil storage time is too long.
2. Light failed to completely avoid light oil storage.
3. The storage temperature on the high side.
Solution: pay attention to the UV light oil could effectively and strictly avoid light storage. Storage temperature for 5 ℃ ~ 25 ℃ advisable.
H, residual smells great
The main reason:
1. Dry curing not thorough.
